Joe Rooke

Joe specialises in public affairs, regulatory strategy and corporate reputation. He utilises strategic thinking and policy insights to support the political, regulatory and corporate priorities of his clients. His work has led to policy and legislative change across energy, financial services, transport and heavy industry. He campaigned for the Labour Party during the 2024 General Election. Prior to joining DRD, Joe worked at campaign and communications consultancy Stonehaven where he led integrated campaigns and advised FTSE100 businesses. He spent time as a teacher at a leading UK secondary school after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a BA in History.
